TMC and manufacturing support: your role as a unique employeneur
Through our employeneurship model, you do not work on anonymous assignments as a temporary employee but take an active part in long term collaborations. In manufacturing support this means working on projects that connect technology, quality, analysis and collaboration.
You will be part of one of TMC’s specialized business cells where knowledge sharing and professional mentoring take place. You have a major say in which assignments you take on, how you grow and how to make the most of your role. For manufacturing support engineers this often means combining technical involvement, quality assurance and process optimization.
Manufacturing support engineer: technology and responsibility combined
As a manufacturing support engineer at TMC, you are involved in the entire production process. You assist in the introduction of new products, investigate deviations, perform root cause analyses and define improvement actions. You work closely with production, R&D, quality and supply chain. You are the link between departments, with the goal of creating a stable and scalable process.
Every manufacturing role requires technical insight, analytical ability and communication skills. Whether you monitor output, prepare work instructions or validate equipment: your work immediately influences the reliability and continuity of production. In some assignments, you may also take on quality assurance tasks, such as safeguarding GMP guidelines or supporting audits. This broader scope is also part of manufacturing support.
Support manufacturing at innovative clients
The projects you work on take place at companies active in medical technology, high tech systems and the pharmaceutical industry. Examples include scaling up production processes, improving cycle times or supporting NPI programs. In a support manufacturing role, you work in multidisciplinary teams to implement new processes or improve existing lines. The work is technical, the environment demanding and the impact significant.
