About this vacancy
As a work preparator, you ensure that projects are set up properly from the start. You translate the client's request into a concrete and executable plan and arrange everything needed to ensure smooth execution. - Drafting and monitoring project schedules - Handling permit applications and liaising with involved parties - Ordering and coordinating materials and resources - Supporting execution and coordinating with technicians and project managers - Monitoring progress, quality, and safety - Managing project administration, revisions, and delivery documentation - Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
What we expect from you
You are organized, precise, and capable of effectively managing communication between different parties and tasks.
- MBO-4 or HBO, preferably in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience as a work planner or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Holder of a category B driver's license
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible
