About this vacancy
As a Work Planner, you ensure that we can safely walk the streets under light, that electric cars keep driving, and that the lights at home keep shining. Your work is varied; you manage designs and provide advice on topics such as house connections, charging stations, or public lighting, depending on the team you join. You do this together with your colleagues for around 150,000 different clients.
You make the energy grid more sustainable. The energy transition is impossible without you.
What will you do?You ensure proper and timely preparation of requests from private individuals, construction companies, and internal departments. You also collaborate with municipalities, water boards, and contractors. The requests vary, ranging from upgrading a house connection to proactively replacing connections across an entire neighborhood following outages. Or how about a housing corporation wanting to make 1,000 homes more sustainable? These are all challenges you will deal with.
Different teams and work packages are involved. Based on the introductory meeting and your own preferences, we will determine together which team and tasks best suit you. Technicians know to reach out to you first when they have questions, and you'll be present during important meetings.
Your tasks include:
- Creating technical designs, grid calculations, and determining routes
- Contacting clients regarding their requests
- Coordinating planning and execution with clients, contractors, and municipalities
- Checking the contractor’s additional work after completing the projects
- Applying for permits
- Assisting colleagues and technicians with their questions
What we expect from you
- You have completed an mbo-4 or hbo education, preferably in a technical field
- You have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- You work carefully and structured, following clear instructions and safety frameworks
- You are eager to learn and actively develop new knowledge
- You are customer-oriented and communicate easily with colleagues and external parties
- You have a critical perspective on matters
- You have proficiency in the Dutch language
