About this vacancy
The resource will be integrated into the engineering team and will be responsible for Verification & Validation (V&V) activities on complex electronic systems employed in the defense sector. The aim is to ensure that the products meet functional, performance, and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Define **verification and validation** plans in accordance with system and project requirements - Perform functional, environmental, and integration tests on electronic equipment - Develop and maintain test procedures and automated scripts - Analyze test results, identify anomalies, and support the debugging process - Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to resolve non-conformities - Draft technical documentation (test reports, test procedures, compliance matrix) - Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., military, aerospace, quality) - Participate in technical reviews and project milestones
What we expect from you
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Experience (even brief) in testing, inspection, or V&V activities on electronic systems
- Knowledge of measurement tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, etc.)
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet)
- Basic knowledge of scripting/programming languages (Python, MATLAB, C/C++)
- Ability to read electronic schematics and technical documentation
- Native Italian speaker
- Good knowledge of technical English
