About this vacancy
In the role of Employeneur within TMC Maintenance Engineering, you work on production development and maintenance in technically challenging environments. Projects vary and may include both operational tasks and participation in larger development and improvement projects. You contribute to creating stable and efficient production environments by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues—while also driving improvements in workflows, structure, and maintenance strategy. **Examples of responsibilities:** - Identify, analyze, and resolve faults in production and equipment - Develop and refine maintenance plans - Create instructions and standardized workflows - Ensure an efficient spare parts setup - Work with and enhance maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar) - Document and follow up on maintenance activities
What we expect from you
- Hold a university or civil engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production, or equivalent work experience
- Have 3–5 years of experience in maintenance work within electrical and/or mechanical fields
- Have experience in maintenance planning, instructions, and spare parts management
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
