About this vacancy
In the role of Employeneur within TMC Maintenance Engineering, you work with production development and maintenance in technically challenging environments. The projects vary and may involve both operational work and participation in larger development and improvement projects.
You contribute to creating stable and efficient production environments by identifying, analyzing, and addressing technical issues – while driving improvements in workflows, structure, and maintenance strategy.
Examples of work tasks:
- Identify, analyze, and address faults in production and equipment
- Develop and refine maintenance plans
- Create instructions and standardized workflows
- Ensure an efficient spare parts setup
- Work in and improve maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar)
- Document and follow up on maintenance activities
What we expect from you
- Hold a university degree or Master of Science in mechanical engineering, production, or equivalent work experience
- Have at least 3–5 years of experience in maintenance work within electricity and/or mechanics
- Have experience in maintenance planning, instructions, and spare parts management
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
- Have participated in or led investment projects
