About this vacancy
As a technical project leader at TMC, you will work together with our clients around Västerås/Mälardalen. The projects are diverse, and our clients vary in industry and size. The tasks include investigations and feasibility studies, developing new workflows and processes, and implementing them. Working together with others in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary fields places demands on your technical skills as well as your social abilities when collaborating with and leading your colleagues.
What we expect from you
We are curious about you if you are a trained university or civil engineer with several years of experience leading technical projects. You have the ability to identify improvements in existing processes, create new ways of working, and then implement these together with the various functions at our clients. You will work on defining project goals, developing detailed requirement specifications, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be working in a dynamic environment where close collaboration between different teams is crucial, providing you with an opportunity to develop both leadership and communication skills. We assume that you are fluent in both English and Swedish.
