In the role of technical project manager with our clients around Västerås and Mälardalen, you will have the opportunity to work on varied projects within different industries and operations. The role is tailored to the customer's needs and the scope of the projects, allowing you to apply your technical expertise in various types of environments.
The roles often include:
- Investigations and feasibility studies
- Project management and coordination of technical projects
- Development and improvement of new ways of working and processes
- Implementation and follow-up of new processes
- Collaboration with various technical disciplines and functions
- Communication and coordination between customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
You work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment where both your technical expertise and your ability to communicate, collaborate, and lead others are important parts of the role.
What we expect from you
We are curious about you if you have a university or civil engineering degree, or equivalent education, and several years of experience leading technical projects. You have a structured and solution-oriented approach to work and enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new ways of working, and driving change together with clients and various internal functions.
To succeed in the role, we prefer that you have:
- Several years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in defining project goals, preparing specifications, and planning and following up on projects
- Ability to drive projects forward and ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Experience in process improvement and implementing new ways of working
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves close cooperation with various teams, functions, and clients
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
