About this vacancy
You will participate in projects and the management of mini-projects, joining a team with diverse skills encompassing Windows environments, VMWare, third-party applications, security, and advanced troubleshooting. You will contribute to the improvement, reliability, and automation of systems, while handling level 3 tickets. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting technical documentation and transferring knowledge to level 2 teams.
What we expect from you
- From 8 years of professional experience in an IT environment
- Proven expertise in Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell (development and automation)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Failover Cluster, Active Directory, ADFS, ADCS
- Mastery of security and cybersecurity practices for Microsoft environments
- Experience in managing and coordinating technical projects
- Excellent ability to integrate and a strong team spirit
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to draft technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
