Then this role as Team Leader Integral Planning is exactly where your leadership can shine.
What we expect from you
The Position As Team Lead of Integrated Planning, you will lead a team of 10+ planners. You act as their coach, sparring partner, and motivator. You foster a safe, open, and professional team culture where employees can develop, discuss mistakes, and celebrate successes together. In addition, you ensure the quality of the planning process. You monitor feasibility, maintain an overview, and ensure that your team can perform optimally—with enjoyment and ownership. You work closely with planning, order management, procurement, and production to ensure a streamlined supply chain and reliable delivery performance. Your main responsibilities: • You develop and coach employees, enabling them to grow in their roles and as individuals. • You cultivate a positive, open team atmosphere where everyone is heard and successes are shared. • You encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and data-driven work within your team. • You work intensively with other disciplines within the operations office and production lines. • You ensure a continuous improvement process within planning and the supply chain. • You manage KPIs but focus primarily on what your team needs to excel. • You stand beside your team, supporting them in complex challenges—you are the reliable anchor they can depend on. Your Profile You hold at least a completed higher education (HBO) degree, for instance, in (Technical) Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Above all, you are a team leader who connects, inspires, and radiates trust. In addition, you bring: • Proven experience in planning processes and insight into the daily tasks of a planning team • At least 4 years of leadership experience with an understanding of both people and processes • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships • A flexible, people-oriented approach and the capability to make decisions when necessary • The talent to prioritize and convey those decisions clearly and positively • Experience in a technical environment is a plus
