As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) within our team, you will actively search for the best candidates in civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure. You will work closely with our business managers Christian Willems, Koen Swinkels, Stan Favier, and Ilias El Arquioui. Together, we ensure that new colleagues have promising opportunities to develop fully and stay focused on the client.

What will you do?

• Actively search for and approach potential candidates
• Conduct screening (interview) sessions and evaluate candidates
• Collaborate with business managers to find the perfect match
• Support candidates throughout the application process
• Maintain a network of professionals within the industry
• Visit clients together with the Business Manager
• Attend industry fairs and career events
• Write job descriptions

What we expect from you

Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics, Communication, or another marketing-related field - Excellent communication skills - Proactive and results-oriented mindset - Affinity with civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure - Team player with a social character
