About this vacancy
In this role, you are responsible for the optimal alignment of capacity, workload, and project planning. You translate annual plans, forecasts, and operational needs into a realistic and efficient schedule to ensure projects are executed safely, timely, and successfully.
Your tasks include:
- Drafting, managing, and optimizing capacity and project schedules.
- Coordinating personnel, resources, and activities across various projects.
- Translating strategic objectives and forecasts into an executable plan.
- Monitoring progress, quality, and staffing within operations.
- Identifying capacity issues, risks, and planning conflicts.
- Coordinating the deployment of technicians and technical teams.
- Handling ad hoc changes, disruptions, and unforeseen developments.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including BEI and VIAG.
- Initiating improvements to processes, systems, and work methods.
- Collaborating intensively with project managers, team leaders, and other stakeholders.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of (Technical) Business Administration or similar.
- Experience with capacity planning within a technical or operational environment.
- Knowledge of BEI and VIAG guidelines.
- Experience in creating and managing complex schedules.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
