About this vacancy
As a tactical planner, you are the link between strategy and operations. You ensure an optimal balance between capacity and workload in a dynamic environment. Through your sharp analyses, you translate annual plans and forecasts into a feasible and efficient planning, continuously managing progress, quality, and opportunities for improvement.
You coordinate the deployment of technicians and projects, ensure compliance with laws and regulations (BEI/VIAG), and adapt flexibly to ad hoc changes and disruptions. At the same time, you look ahead: you identify bottlenecks, contribute to improvements, and optimize processes and systems.
In this role, you combine oversight, analytical skills, and decisiveness, maintaining close contact with internal stakeholders to collaboratively achieve the best planning and execution.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's degree level of education and thinking, preferably in (technical) business administration
- Experience with and knowledge of capacity planning
- Familiarity with BEI/VIAG laws and regulations
- Skilled in creating and managing schedules within a technical-operational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
