System Network Engineer

About this vacancy
The resource will be involved in activities related to the design, configuration, and management of multi-site networks, with a particular focus on security, segmentation, and integration with data center and cloud environments. Main responsibilities: - Designing and implementing network solutions for new locations (offices, branches, remote facilities) - Configuring network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and managing IP addressing - Defining and implementing security policies and firewall rules - Managing multi-VRF environments and configuring related traffic flows - Remotely coordinating suppliers and system integrators during installation phases - Supporting the design and management of connectivity between sites, data centers, and cloud environments - Collaborating with presales teams for the evolution of network architectures - Troubleshooting and optimizing network performance
What we expect from you
- At least 3-5 years of experience in networking - Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, static and dynamic routing – OSPF, BGP) - Experience in configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks) - Knowledge of VLANs, VPNs (IPSec), NAT, and network segmentation - Familiarity with multi-VRF architectures - Experience in configuring enterprise-grade switches and routers - Basic knowledge of data center environments (preferably Cisco Systems) - Basic knowledge of cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure - Experience in industrial/OT contexts (plants, video surveillance, automation) - Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) - Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
