System Engineer - Defense Sector

About this vacancy

The resource will contribute to activities involving the analysis, design, and management of requirements in complex contexts, adopting a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach, and participating in significant projects within the aerospace and defense domains. The role requires a strong presence at the client’s location.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar fields (essential requirement).
• Italian native speaker with good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in a system-related field (mandatory requirement).
• Experience in applying Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
• Good knowledge of MBSE tools: IBM Rational Rhapsody, DOORS (mandatory), RTC, RPE.
• Knowledge of the MIL-STD-498 standard.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams.
