About this vacancy

As an Employeneur, you have the opportunity to support companies in various types of development projects and roles around Gothenburg with our clients. In the role of Supplier Quality Engineer, you will ensure that suppliers deliver materials and components of the correct quality. When quality issues arise, you will be the one driving the analysis, following up on suppliers' corrective actions, and ensuring that the problems are resolved with sustainable solutions. In this role, you will work systematically with established quality methods such as 8D, 6M, and fishbone analysis. You will ensure that the supplier conducts a thorough investigation, takes corrective actions, and follows up to ensure these are effective in practice. To succeed, it is essential that you enjoy working cross-functionally, building relationships, and leading meetings in a clear and professional manner. As an SQE, you need to have an analytical approach, sound judgment, and the ability to critically assess suppliers' work to ensure quality requirements are met.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone with a university or master's degree in engineering, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in quality work. We expect you to have a passion for quality work, continuous improvement, and experience in the field of production technology. We are curious about candidates who have: - At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality work or supplier requirements within the manufacturing industry. - A minimum of a 3-year technical university degree in engineering. - Strong language skills, fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken. - Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and PFMEA. - Experience in supplier development.
