About this vacancy

In this role, you will be responsible for one or more projects within underground infrastructure, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and budget. You act as the connecting link between preparation and execution, playing a key role in managing on-site teams. With your oversight, pragmatic approach, and focus on quality, you ensure projects are delivered successfully. ### What will you do? - **Preparing projects:** Checking drawings, coordinating with clients, planning work preparation, and collaborating with other relevant parties to ensure a smooth start. - **Guiding execution:** Managing on-site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, quality, and safety on the construction site. - **Creating and monitoring schedules:** Ensuring realistic schedules and actively adjusting them as necessary. - **Digital project administration:** Maintaining project documentation, work orders, weekly reports, and other records. - **Settlements and aftercare:** Ensuring correct financial processing and a smooth closure following project delivery.

What we expect from you

Higher professional work and thinking level (HBO), with at least a completed MBO-4 education in a relevant technical field
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within underground infrastructure
Strong communication skills, excellent command of the Dutch language, and good proficiency in digital systems
A solution-oriented and proactive attitude, with the ability to easily switch between different tasks
