About this vacancy
In this role, you are responsible for one or more projects within underground infrastructure, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with timelines and budgets.
You are the connecting link between preparation and execution and play a key role in managing teams on-site. With your oversight, pragmatic approach, and eye for quality, you ensure that projects are successfully delivered.
What will you be doing?- Project preparation: Reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients, preparing work schedules, and liaising with other involved parties to ensure a smooth start
- Guiding execution: Managing onsite teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, quality, and safety on the construction site
- Creating and overseeing schedules: Developing realistic timelines and actively adjusting them when necessary
- Digital project administration: Maintaining project documentation, work orders, weekly reports, and other records
- Final settlements and aftercare: Ensuring correct financial processing and effective wrap-up after project delivery
What we expect from you
- Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, with at least a completed vocational MBO-4 qualification in a relevant technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the underground infrastructure
- Strong communication skills, excellent command of the Dutch language, and good proficiency in digital systems
- A solution-oriented and proactive mindset, with the ability to easily switch between different tasks
