About this vacancy
As a site supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management of projects within underground infrastructure. You connect planning, execution, and technology and ensure everything runs smoothly. - Managing technicians, planners, and engineers - Preparing daily and weekly schedules and monitoring progress - Coordinating the installation and replacement of cables and pipelines - Ensuring safe and high-quality execution (safety first) - Maintaining contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders - Monitoring project costs and handling administration - Timely identifying bottlenecks and adjusting where necessary You are the primary point of contact on-site, continuously balancing planning, quality, safety, and budget.
What we expect from you
You are decisive, strong in communication, and take responsibility for the outcome of your projects.
- Technical education at MBO-4 or HBO level
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of underground infrastructure (gas, water, electricity)
- Possession of relevant certificates (such as KIWA) is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Driver's license B
- Skilled in organization, planning, and leadership
