About this vacancy
You will work with both new development and maintenance of internal systems, taking overall responsibility for one or several systems. The role involves contributing to technical decisions, planning long-term, and ensuring that the systems are developed in line with the needs of the organization. You act as an important link between technology and the organization and help shape workflows, tools, and processes in software development. In this role, you will:
- Have overall responsibility for one or several systems, including technical decision-making and long-term planning.
- Be involved in requirements management together with the organization and users.
- Contribute to and drive improvements in processes, tools, and workflows within software development.
What we expect from you
You are a responsible and solution-oriented developer who thrives on understanding the big picture. You enjoy taking ownership, driving improvements, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Combining technology, structure, and business insight motivates you. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:
- Strong knowledge of Java programming.
- Experience in requirements management in close collaboration with business operations and users.
- Experience in system architecture and design.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
