About this vacancy
En tant qu’Ingénieur Validation dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, vous allez : Être responsable du cycle de validation complet (de la conception à la validation) tout en garantissant la conformité aux normes GMP. Mettre en œuvre une solide expertise technique des autoclaves et/ou des procédés de stérilisation terminale. Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et soutenir l’intégration de nouvelles technologies/méthodes afin d’optimiser les processus. Rédiger la documentation essentielle, notamment les protocoles de validation, rapports, AMDE (FMEA) et analyses de risques. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes transversales (Production, Engineering, QA) afin d’aligner les résultats et assurer une communication claire. Gérer les enregistrements dans le Système de Management de la Qualité (CAPA, Change Control).
What we expect from you
Un Master en Sciences, Pharmacie, Ingénierie ou équivalent par expérience. Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en validation d’équipements et/ou de procédés, spécifiquement avec autoclaves ou stérilisation terminale. Une approche de travail pratique, efficace, mature et autonome, soutenue par une forte expertise technique. Un esprit analytique combiné à une capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes. D’excellentes compétences en communication. La maîtrise du français et une bonne connaissance professionnelle de l’anglais.
