About this vacancy
At TMC NPI, we are looking for Senior Project Managers who enjoy executing technically challenging projects for our clients. Our clients are primarily in the High Tech and Semiconductor industries, ranging from start-ups to large OEMs.
What we expect from you
First of all, you have completed a technical education and have a few years of experience in a development environment or in the manufacturing industry. Ideally, you have completed an IPMA, PMP, PMI, or similar training to complement your work experience. You have experience and affinity with managing projects that often lead to the realization of prototype systems or series production. You manage a project from concept to realization and often coordinate a diverse team of developers and integrators. You value structure and overview and naturally enforce this within your project through your working style. You facilitate your team and ensure clarity in work packages, deliverables, and milestones. You feel comfortable with changes in specifications and manage them in a structured way for your team as well as for the stakeholders of your project. You ensure and are responsible for reporting internally and to the client, maintaining up-to-date project administration. You are a hands-on problem solver and pragmatist who dares to make decisions, always prioritizing quality. You have a sense of and experience with stakeholder management. You know how to effectively communicate topics in a clear, compelling, and approachable manner, both verbally and in writing, whether to your team, suppliers, or clients. You have excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written form.
