Senior Project Manager R&D

At TMC NPI, we are looking for Senior Project Managers who enjoy executing technically challenging projects for our clients. Our clients are primarily in the High Tech and Semiconductor industries, ranging from start-ups to large OEMs.

What we expect from you

First and foremost, you have completed a technical education and have a few years of experience in a development environment or in the manufacturing industry. Ideally, you have completed an IPMA, PMP, PMI, or similar course as a supplement to your work experience. You have experience and affinity with managing projects that often culminate in the realization of prototype systems or series production. You manage a project from concept to realization and often lead a diverse team, ranging from developers to integrators. You value structure and oversight, and naturally enforce these within your project through your way of working. You facilitate your team and ensure clarity through well-defined work packages, deliverables, and milestones. You feel comfortable with changes in specifications and know how to manage these in a structured manner, both within your team and with the stakeholders of your project. You ensure and take responsibility for internal and client reporting, maintaining a good project administration that is always up to date. You are a hands-on problem solver and pragmatist who dares to make decisions, always prioritizing quality. You have a knack for and experience with stakeholder management. You know how to convincingly communicate topics in a clear, pleasant, and persuasive manner, both verbally and in writing, whether to your team, suppliers, or clients. You have excellent proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
