Senior Project Manager Industrialization and Product Launch

About this vacancy
In this role, you will manage projects from inception to launch for our clients within the manufacturing industry. You will establish structure, define scope, and ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure that all parts of the organization work toward the same goals. You will work closely with the client and take responsibility for managing both new projects and changes within existing programs. A key aspect of the role is to drive progress in the project, manage risks, and ensure clear follow-up and communication throughout the entire lifecycle. Your tasks will include: - Leading industrialization and product launch projects - Coordinating cross-functional teams in areas such as production, engineering, quality, and procurement - Ensuring projects meet set goals in scope, time, cost, and quality - Driving follow-up, risk management, and problem-solving - Managing client interactions and ensuring clear requirements and deliveries
What we expect from you
We are curious about you if you have:
- A few years of experience in project or program management within the industry
- Experience in industrialization, product launch, or production
- The ability to lead complex projects with many points of contact
- A structured approach to work and experience working towards clear goals
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
