About this vacancy
As a Senior Project Leader Infra at TMC, you are responsible for the entire progression of complex infrastructural projects. You lead project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets, and maintain contact with clients, contractors, and authorities. Thanks to your technical insight and leadership, projects are successfully prepared and executed.
You work within the Business Cell Civil Engineering on assignments from municipalities, provinces, and water boards – ranging from area development to infrastructure reconstructions and integral inner-city projects. In addition to operationally managing projects, you also contribute at a strategic level and actively participate in the further development of our services.
What we expect from you
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a project leader in infrastructure.
- Experience with UAV(-GC), tendering processes, and environmental management.
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership.
- Strategic insight, organizational ability, and decisiveness.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to make an impact.
