About this vacancy
As a Senior Advisor Public Spaces, you advise clients on the design, management, and optimization of public spaces. You transform ideas and challenges into technical solutions and develop them into designs, advisory reports, and RAW specifications. Additionally, you coach and guide junior and medior colleagues in their development. You have ample opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of our business unit and actively participate in knowledge sharing within TMC. ### What will you do? - Conducting inventories and site investigations - Coordinating and supervising (technical) studies - Preparing design and specification drawings - Drafting advisory reports and RAW specifications - Guiding procurement processes - Communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors - Coaching and mentoring junior and medior advisors
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational or higher professional education (MBO or HBO) in Civil Engineering, Land and Water Management, or Garden and Landscape Design
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience with AutoCAD, NLCS, and MS Office
- Experience in drafting RAW specifications
- Strong communication skills
- Quality- and results-oriented mindset
- A proactive, independent, and flexible work attitude
- Preferably a relevant professional network
