About this vacancy
Als R&D Electrical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het elektrisch en elektronisch ontwerp van machinesturingen en speel je een cruciale rol in de verdere technologische ontwikkeling. • Je analyseert en optimaliseert bestaande producten en werkt actief mee aan nieuwe innovaties binnen het R&D‑team. • Samen met jouw R&D‑collega’s beheer je projecten van analyse tot implementatie, waarbij je innovatie, kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal zet. Je begeleidt het volledige traject: van concept en prototype tot productie. Deze closed‑loop aanpak zorgt voor snelle, hoogwaardige resultaten én veel voldoening. • Je selecteert en specificeert elektrische componenten in samenwerking met collega’s, purchase en leveranciers. • Je volgt veiligheidsnormen strikt op en staat in voor de bijhorende documentatie en (internationale) certificeringen. • Je schrijft procedures voor het elektrische en elektronische luik van de machines en ondersteunt productie bij technische vragen of problemen. • Je rapporteert direct aan de Electrical Development Manager en werkt nauw samen met R&D‑collega’s binnen mechanica en firmware/software. • Je overlegt intensief met andere afdelingen, waarbij je jouw expertise inzet én verder ontwikkelt
What we expect from you
• Je bent Master Elektromechanica of Elektrotechniek met een passie voor automatisering. • Je hebt ervaring met een CAD-pakket (Eplan) en ook het programmeren van een PLC of microcontroller schrikt jou niet af. • Je hebt kennis van elektrische normen en regelgeving. • Je hebt een sterk ruimtelijk en functioneel inzicht. • Je hebt grote interesse in machines en hun werking. • Je bent een teamplayer met groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. • Kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid staan bij jou centraal. • Je neemt initiatief en doet gerichte verbetervoorstellen. • Je bent creatief en oplossingsgericht in je aanpak. • Je bent hands-on en praktisch ingesteld. • Ervaring in machinebouw is een plus.
