Quality Engineer

In this position, you will join a professional environment where quality is held in high regard. In this role, you are the person who establishes the connection between operations and the client with the aim of continuously improving the process, product, and people!

What does your day look like?

In this position, you are responsible for the production process and the end product. You achieve this by implementing and verifying processes focused on continuous improvement. You carry out tests and checks and subsequently initiate improvement actions. You do this in close collaboration with project leaders, Factory Engineers, and the production departments.

Your tasks:

• Keep the client up to date regarding ongoing projects and improvement initiatives.
• Take an active role in operations where your improvement proposals are translated into concrete (DMAIC) projects and Kaizen actions.
• Take ownership to solve problems in a project-based manner.
• Analyze and handle reports from both internal and external parties.

What we expect from you

• A completed technical HBO/WO degree (e.g., Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Product Design).
• You possess a communicative and customer-oriented mindset.
• You are analytically strong with a passion for production and technology.
• You are accurate, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership.
• You are a team player and work well collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is desired.
• Minimum B2 level Dutch.
