Quality Engineer - AS/EN9100
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in managing quality systems in compliance with AS/EN 9100 standards.

The resource will support the continuous improvement of business processes and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and airworthiness requirements.
What we expect from you
Main Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System according to AS/EN 9100 standards
- Manage internal and external audits (clients and certification bodies)
- Analyze non-conformities and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain for process improvement
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic reports
- Manage technical documentation and quality procedures
- Support product configuration management (Configuration Management)
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Aerospace, or Management Engineering)
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a quality role in the manufacturing/aerospace sector
- In-depth knowledge of AS/EN 9100 standards (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
- Experience in audit management
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
