About this vacancy
Als Projectleider GWW bij TMC werk je aan complexe infrastructurele projecten bij aannemers, ingenieursbureaus en overheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het integraal managen van projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
Je stuurt projectteams aan, bewaakt budgetten en onderhoudt intensief contact met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders.
Je werkzaamheden:- Leidinggeven aan GWW-projecten
- Aansturen van uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en adviseurs
- Bewaken van planning, financiën en kwaliteit
- Opstellen en beheren van projectplannen
- Afstemming met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders
- Risicomanagement en contractbeheersing
- Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten
What we expect from you
- Nederlandse taal C1/C2
- Hbo- of wo-diploma Civiele Techniek
- Ervaring als projectleider binnen GWW
- Kennis van contractvormen (RAW, UAV-GC)
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Commerciële en resultaatgerichte instelling
- Leiderschap en besluitvaardigheid
