Project Manager Software

About this vacancy

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects from initiation to closure.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure that project outcomes meet business and technical requirements while maintaining high quality standards.

What we expect from you

M.Sc in Management Engineering or equivalent education 2–5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles

Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT projects (software development, system integration, or digital transformation)

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience with budgeting, risk management, and resource planning

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) is a plus

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle

Fluency in English and Italian
