About this vacancy
As a project manager at TMC, you will work on industrialization together with our clients in the process industry. The tasks include feasibility studies, machinery procurement, and the development of new process facilities. We highly value the ability not only to master your technical skills but also to apply them effectively in various contexts, groups, and settings to deliver results.
What we expect from you
We are looking for someone who is a graduate or civil engineer with extensive experience in managing improvement and investment projects. You have a sharp ability to quickly analyze processes, identify improvement potential, and develop new working methods that deliver concrete, measurable results. You drive projects from start to finish and ensure that all parts of the customer's organization work towards the same goals, with clear improvements in both efficiency and performance. You have 10 years of experience in the process industry and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
