As a Project Manager Civil Engineering at TMC, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. You seamlessly switch between different stakeholders and monitor the progress and quality of projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- Drafting and managing project plans and budgets.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Identifying risks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Advising clients on complex technical challenges.
- Ensuring sustainable collaboration between all involved parties.

What we expect from you
To successfully fulfill the role of Civil Engineering Project Manager, you bring the following:
- Education & experience: A completed bachelor's (hbo) or master's (wo) degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Expertise: Knowledge of civil engineering projects, both in the design phase and execution phase.
- Competencies: Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Leadership: The ability to motivate teams and effectively coordinate projects within set deadlines and budgets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to carry out projects in the North Brabant and South Netherlands region.
