Project Leader

About this vacancy

At TMC, as a Project Leader, you have the opportunity to be involved in our larger projects from start to finish. You contribute ideas for the best solutions for our clients and translate complex challenges into clear, achievable plans. From the quotation stage to the actual implementation: you maintain oversight, safeguard agreements, and ensure that all parties involved know exactly what to expect. You work in an international context, regularly visiting dealers and customers worldwide to discuss, guide, and bring projects to a successful result.

• You manage projects from initiation to delivery and serve as the central point of contact for all parties;
• You actively think about the best possible solution for the client and develop it into a concrete plan;
• You translate all discussed requirements and agreements into clear quotations, orders, and project documentation;
• You communicate agreements clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing;
• You visit dealers and customers worldwide to discuss, align, and manage projects.

What we expect from you

In addition to a completed BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (or a comparable background and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a Project Lead role), you possess the following qualities:

• Strong communication skills: you can convey your message clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English, to internal and external stakeholders alike;
