Project Engineer
We are looking for a Project Engineer for a project in Bologna: technical management of plants and utilities, supplier coordination and field activities, document supervision, and production process improvement according to industry standards.

About this vacancy
The resource will be involved in technical coordination activities, document supervision, interfacing with suppliers and production, and will ensure alignment with industry regulations and standards. Main responsibilities: - Technical and operational management of projects related to utility systems (compressed air, steam, refrigeration, industrial water), commissioning of new installations and/or revamping of the production site and spare parts; - Supervision and optimization of field activities: budget, suppliers, Gantt, etc.; - Analysis of plant performance and proposal of solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process Industrial, Biomedical, or related fields)
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or project roles within the pharmaceutical, chemical-pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences sectors.
- Preferential knowledge of key safety and environmental regulations, such as Druvi;
- Knowledge of production processes and GMP regulations.
- Ability to manage technical and quality documentation (protocols, qualifications, change control).
- Knowledge of technical design phases and interaction with suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of automation systems, process machines, and plants.
