About this vacancy
As a Project Coordinator in Civil Engineering, you work on various civil engineering projects within contractors, consulting firms, and (semi-)government organizations. This includes:
- Coordinating and supervising civil engineering projects from start to completion.
- Drafting and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Engaging with various stakeholders, such as clients, project teams, and executors.
- Resolving technical issues and contributing to innovative solutions.
- Collaborating closely with experts within your field and sharing knowledge.

What we expect from you
To be successful in this role, you possess:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- A completed higher professional (hbo) or university (wo) degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a coordinating or operational role within civil projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with contract forms such as UAV-GC.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Residing in (or willing to relocate to) North Brabant or Southern Netherlands.
Additionally, you are a team player who enjoys collaboration, but also dares to take responsibility independently.
