About this vacancy
As a Project Manager within NPI, you are deployable on various projects within the high-tech and automotive sectors, where you will be regularly challenged with dynamic tasks that allow you to demonstrate your added value. For an actively open project, we are looking for the following: In the role of Project Coordinator, you ensure the right balance between customer value, technical feasibility, and Aftersales interests, with the goal of delivering successful projects. You are responsible for coordinating Aftersales input within product and vehicle development projects, working closely with Project Managers. You support Project Management in the implementation and safeguarding of projects by monitoring progress, scope, and dependencies. You ensure the timely availability of information and documentation to support various departments. You achieve this by actively collaborating with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and making well-founded decisions. Assessing and providing feedback on proposed changes from Product Development from an Aftersales perspective. Defining, maintaining, and monitoring Aftersales requirements in collaboration with various departments. Periodically visiting dealerships to verify whether the Aftersales deliverables align with the demands and expectations of practical use.
What we expect from you
Completed technical HBO or WO education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management) At least 5 years of relevant experience in a technical and/or project-oriented environment Affinity with Project Management and multidisciplinary collaboration Knowledge of automotive workshop or dealer standards is a plus Excellent technical knowledge of vehicles and components Strong analytical skills Good communication skills Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (German is a plus)
