About this vacancy
As Project Control Manager, you work on civil engineering projects in the North Brabant and South Netherlands region. You engage with various clients in contracting, consultancy firms, and (semi-)government. Your role is essential for the successful delivery of these projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget. Specifically, this means you: - Have a command of the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both orally and in writing. - Ensure integral control of project objectives and adjust where necessary. - Analyze risks and implement measures to mitigate them. - Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to monitor progress. - Keep a close eye on finances, schedules, and scope. - Communicate proactively with clients and project teams. - Provide innovative and sustainable solutions to project challenges.
What we expect from you
We are looking for a driven professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing complex projects and setting clear objectives. What you bring: - A completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in project control or project management within the civil engineering or construction sector. - Experience with systems engineering, risk management, and financial project monitoring. - Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability. - The ability to think strategically and act pragmatically. - A proactive attitude, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Additionally, you are result-oriented, analytically strong, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. You are up to date on the latest developments in civil engineering and can apply these in your daily work.
