About this vacancy
At TMC, as an Adviser in Project Management, you are much more than a technical expert; you are an innovator, strategist, and problem-solver. You play a key role in the realization of complex and impactful projects, ranging from regional infrastructure to national innovation initiatives shaping the future of the Netherlands. Think of projects such as: - The design, realization, and renovation of bridges, tunnels, and viaducts - Major infrastructural works like roads, railways, and water barriers - Complex construction projects such as industrial buildings, utility structures, and urban development projects - Innovative urban and infrastructural restructurings focused on sustainability and future resilience In this role, you are: - The central point of information in complex projects - Responsible for translating technical project details into sustainable and innovative strategies - Ultimately accountable for the entire planning and control process - A guide for project teams, assisting them in decision-making - The builder and manager of time and risk models to keep projects clear and manageable #LI-CW1
What we expect from you
- You have a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a similar field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project controls or a comparable role
- Analytically strong and at the same time practically oriented
- Skilled communicator, persuasive, and capable of connecting stakeholders
What you can expect from us
- Permanent employment contract - Salary €3,000 - €6,000 gross per month - Additionally, a profit-sharing scheme rising up to 50% - Training budget of €2,200 per year for coaching & study - Business cell with experienced and professional work entrepreneurs - Projects within construction, consultancy firms & (semi-)government
