About this vacancy
You are responsible for: - Defining and implementing new production processes in a project-based manner, such as acquiring a new robot for the production line; - Supporting and improving current production processes. When a new product is introduced, you will determine its impact on the existing production line; - Enjoying the variety of spending time on the shop floor while also being able to retreat to the office to work out certain matters.
What we expect from you
Our clients operate in various industries, making it important to largely identify with the points below. You bring the following: - A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with a few years of experience in a production or assembly environment - You thrive on tackling complex challenges in a project-based manner - You are communicatively skilled and strong in stakeholder management - You are able to professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily matters at our clients - You have a few years of work experience in production techniques - You have experience or affinity with LEAN Manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma - You find it important to gain sufficient satisfaction from your workday - You are proficient in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a plus
