About this vacancy
As a Production Engineer at TMC NPI, you focus on the manufacturing processes of components at a diverse range of clients, such as those in the High Tech, Medical, or Automotive industries. You use established methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Project Management for this purpose. You initiate improvements to existing processes and track the progress of those projects. Through NPI, Continuous Improvement, and Simultaneous Engineering, you collaborate closely with departments such as Production, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Procurement, Technical Services, Logistics, and suppliers both locally and globally. You ensure stakeholders at all levels are well-informed about the status of your projects.
What we expect from you
Completed technical BSc or MSc education (e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics, automotive engineering, or mechatronics) At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a production environment You are service-oriented, solution-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills. You have a hands-on mentality and a high sense of ownership. Effective and efficient communication in Dutch and English. We also invite newcomers to the job market to apply.
