Are you an experienced Process Manager in Civil Engineering looking to work on challenging projects in the North Brabant region and southern Netherlands? As a Process Manager in Civil Engineering, you are the key figure in driving processes, ensuring the successful kickoff of projects, and optimizing procedures for advisory and engineering firms as well as contractors. As a Process Manager in Civil Engineering, you will be responsible for streamlining processes within various civil engineering projects. These range from infrastructure projects to consulting within (semi-)governance. You work closely with a wide array of stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and clients. Your role is vital in monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and achieving objectives. You ensure everything is executed according to plan and within budget. The projects you work on can vary from major infrastructure projects to consulting and engineering services for the construction and contracting sector. Thanks to your expertise, you ensure smooth operations and that the results not only meet expectations but exceed them.
What we expect from you
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- You have at least a completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Civil Engineering.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within civil engineering, consultancy firms, or construction.
- You have experience in guiding and managing complex projects, from initiation to delivery.
- You possess a hands-on mentality and can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are result-oriented, have an eye for detail, and exhibit excellent organizational skills.
- You have experience in optimizing processes and implementing new working methods.
- You have leadership skills and can effectively inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
