PA/QA Manager - Aerospace

About this vacancy
Specifically:
- You will ensure that projects meet the agreed quality and Product Assurance requirements
- You will translate industry standards and customer specifications into technical and organizational PA requirements tailored to each program
- You will analyze proposed solutions and activities, verifying their compliance, including through audits
- You will conduct internal audits to evaluate and improve process maturity
- You will collaborate with engineering teams and other quality specialists
- You will participate in key program reviews and produce quality documentation
What we expect from you
- Master's Degree in Aerospace/Space Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in the space sector, ideally 3 in Product Assurance
- Knowledge of ECSS quality standards and ability to analyze system requirements
- Excellent technical writing, organizational, and leadership skills
- Italian C2 and English B2
What you can expect from us
The position includes a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the indicated level.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skills development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
