About this vacancy
In this versatile role, you will work at the intersection of administration, data, and customer contact for a major player in the energy sector. Half of your time will be spent on data mutations and improving data quality; the other half will involve direct contact with customers across the Netherlands. No day is the same, and you thrive on that variety.
You will join a dedicated and friendly team where collaboration is key. You will work in a hybrid setup: three days at the office and two days from home.
What will you be doing?Data and systems
- Performing data mutations in systems such as SAP ISU, SAP Matrix, SAP CRM/C4, and IIO
- Checking, analyzing, and correcting data
- Identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate data processing
Customer contact
- Handling customer contact via phone and written communication throughout the Netherlands
- Verifying and correcting missing or unclear customer information
- Creating customer profiles based on a script
Processes and work instructions
- Working according to existing procedures and contributing to keeping them up-to-date
- Collaborating with colleagues on complex issues
What we expect from you
- MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level (starter or 1–2 years of experience) - Affinity with data, systems, and/or the energy sector - Strong communication skills, both oral and written (NL) - Precise, structured, and analytically strong - Proactive and result-oriented mindset - Experience in a customer-oriented or administrative role is a plus - Experience with SAP CRM or other ERP systems is a plus - Affinity with technical environments (electricity, medium or high voltage) is a plus
