About this vacancy
As Mobility Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for everything related to mobility within TMC. You manage the fleet of 370 lease cars, coordinate with two leasing companies, and ensure that requests, changes, contracts, and employee inquiries are handled quickly and carefully. Additionally, you oversee the bicycle scheme and contribute to practical improvements in our mobility processes. You work closely with colleagues from HR, Finance, business teams, and external mobility partners. You ensure that agreements are clear, questions are addressed promptly, and mobility processes run smoothly. **What will you do?** - You manage TMC's entire fleet and ensure that the processes surrounding lease cars are well-organized. - You maintain daily contact with our two leasing companies, monitor agreements, and ensure that employees receive quick and clear assistance with mobility-related questions. - You oversee the bicycle scheme and contribute ideas for practical and sustainable mobility solutions that fit TMC and our employees. - You ensure accurate administration, monitor contract details, and provide reports on fleet usage and developments as needed. - You identify bottlenecks, create structure, and propose ways to make mobility processes more efficient, clear, and future-proof.
What we expect from you
- You have experience as a Mobility Coordinator or in a similar role, where you were responsible for managing a fleet, lease contracts, and mobility processes;
- You work accurately and structurally and are used to managing multiple files, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously;
- You communicate professionally and clearly in Dutch and English with employees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and approach your work with a service-oriented mindset;
- You take responsibility for your work, act proactively, and are capable of effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment;
- You have an eye for improvement and the energy to make processes clearer, more efficient, and future-proof.
