About this vacancy
Together with a team of designers, you realize high-tech systems or modules for clients. Key aspects include manufacturability, cost, reliability, and technical performance. Responsibilities: You perform your work based on a development process. From customer specifications and the feasibility and producibility of mechatronic components to the release of the design for production. You describe system designs and specifications, generate concepts, and define the high-tech modules. You oversee the design process up to the technical validation of the prototype. These tasks are carried out based on well-considered choices, validated by system requirements. You don't do this alone but within multidisciplinary teams and in collaboration with mechatronics (system) architects. Your profile: You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics or mechanics. You have several years of work experience (>3 years of experience). Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and enthusiastic. You have a healthy dose of ambition. You have excellent command of both Dutch and English.
