About this vacancy
As a project coordinator within a team handling short-term projects, you oversee projects from request to delivery. You liaise with clients, manage technicians, and monitor planning, quality, and progress. From scheduling technicians and subcontractors to drafting and overseeing project planning: you keep the overview and ensure everything aligns perfectly.
The projects range from short assignments lasting a few days to trajectories of approximately six months. Since you often work on multiple projects simultaneously, no week is ever the same. Perfect if you enjoy variety and dynamics. You determine your own growth path, work in a close-knit team with a great atmosphere, and your team feels like your own company.
This is what you will doThe projects are varied, with durations ranging from a few days to several weeks. You work closely with the project leader and are the main point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, and clients. Do technicians have questions, or does the client need advice? You handle it.
You will be involved in:
- Supporting clients, suppliers, and colleagues in various projects
- Designing installations
- Preparing quotes and invoices
- Scheduling technicians in consultation with the project team
- Monitoring material inventory
What we expect from you
No matter how technical the work is, it remains people-driven. You are helpful, social, and organized, and mastering new computer systems is no problem for you. Furthermore, you possess:
- At least an MBO 4/HBO diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a role as a project coordinator or work planner
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Driver's license B
