About this vacancy
As a Mechanical Engineer at TMC, you work as part of a collaborative engineering team and apply mechanical engineering principles to develop new designs for our clients in HighTech or mechanical engineering. Daily tasks: - Collaborating on design and production challenges - Designing in 2D and 3D using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, and Siemens NX - Preparing and executing change processes - Creating Technical Product Documentation (TPD) - Presenting designs during technical reviews
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - At least 2 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (CE) - Understanding of production processes and automation technology - Self-motivated and innovative, but also a team player - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate customer requirements into successful designs with attention to quality, cost, manufacturability, safety, and lead time - In addition to Dutch, strong verbal and written proficiency in the English language
