About this vacancy

Design and Development

• Design and development of components, assemblies, and mechanical systems using 3D CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or equivalents) Production and management of technical documentation: construction drawings, bill of materials, product specifications
• Participation in design reviews and support in defining technical and construction choices
• Verification of production feasibility and collaboration with industrialization and manufacturing teams

Analysis and Validation

• Execution of structural, thermal, and dynamic analyses using FEM/CFD simulation tools (ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, or equivalents)
• Support for testing and experimental validation activities of the designed components
• Failure analysis and identification of technical issues using a systematic approach (FMEA, tolerance analysis, fatigue verification)
• Contribution to the definition of acceptance criteria and product quality standards

Cross-Disciplinary and Multi-Sector Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and sector regulations
• Knowledge of main mechanical processing technologies, surface treatments, and materials (metals, composites, plastics) Familiarity with structured development methodologies: configuration management, revision control, PLM
• Flexible and adaptive approach to different application contexts, with the ability to quickly orient oneself to new products and technical domains

Client Relationships and Internal Collaboration

• Technical interface with the Client during various project phases, from functional specification to final validation
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams composed of electronic, system, software engineers, and project managers
• Contribution to pre-sales activities and technical support in defining proposals for new business opportunities

What we expect from you

• Ambition to drive one's own career path, embracing the Employeneurship model and the responsibility it entails. Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in 3D mechanical design, with proficiency in at least one professional CAD environment (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Creo or equivalents).
• Ability to produce and manage technical documentation: construction drawings, bill of materials, product specifications.
• Knowledge of key manufacturing technologies, materials, and relevant technical standards.
• Good teamwork skills, analytical mindset, and structured problem-solving approach.
• Good command of the English language.
