Mechanical Engineer – CREO & Cabling Integration

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for: 

• Designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies using CREO;
• Designing and integrating wiring systems within complex products and assemblies;
• Drafting and updating technical documentation, including 3D models, construction drawings, and wiring harness;
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of design solutions;
• Supporting validation, industrialization, and continuous product improvement activities.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in development, design, and product analysis using CAD CREO (mandatory) and Wiring harness;
• Good knowledge of PTC Creo and specific wiring harness modules;
• Nice to have: knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys, Nastran, Patran...);
• Wiring harness design;
• C2 Italian and fluent English;
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills;
• Skills in analysis and problem-solving.

Location: Liguria and Campania

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract and the base annual gross salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive salary package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final salary package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process in accordance with the company's current policies.
