Mechanical Engineer - Aerospace
The resource will act as the link between Technical Management and Production, contributing to the analysis, definition, and optimization of processes for the manufacturing of complex mechanical components.

About this vacancy
Main responsibilities: - Conduct technical feasibility studies, evaluating the producibility of parts in relation to design constraints, available technologies, and machine tool capabilities. - Estimate machine times and setup times using standard methodologies such as MTM, ensuring accuracy in planning and costing. - Use CATIA V5 to analyze 3D models, identify critical steps, and propose production-oriented optimizations (DfM). - Define the complete work cycle, including machining sequences, reorientations, fixtures, tool selection, cutting parameters, and continuous improvement solutions. - Coordinate subsequent stages of the production process, such as painting and surface or heat treatments, ensuring consistency and smooth operational workflows.
What we expect from you
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of CAD software, preferably CATIA V5
- Experience in mechanical design and solid knowledge of mechanical machining
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills with design, production, and quality
- Proficiency in Italian (C1) and English
