About this vacancy

Do you want to make an impact on public space projects and be the link between technology and the environment? As a Junior Environmental Manager, you will work on civil infrastructure projects, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination with all parties involved. You support project teams to ensure smooth project execution and are actively engaged with the surrounding environment. You create plans, coordinate with stakeholders such as municipalities and residents, and maintain an overview of ongoing activities.

  • Drafting and updating participation plans
  • Reviewing incoming assignments and communicating with stakeholders
  • Preparing reports, BLVC, inspection plans, and project approaches
  • Checking and processing data – Recording complaints, compliments, damages, etc. – Organizing meetings
  • Documenting stakeholder conversations for project purposes
  • General administrative tasks within the department
  • Collaborating within a project team on the preparation and realization of projects from an environmental management perspective
  • Identifying necessary permits, notifications, and exemptions for projects
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities and risks related to quality and environment
  • Acting as the first point of contact for external parties (e.g., residents, municipalities) at project locations, in collaboration with Quality & Safety staff
  • Participating in department- and project-level meetings with internal and external parties

What we expect from you

  • You have a higher education/university background (e.g., Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or Communication).
  • Affinity with infrastructure and strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in writing plans, coordinating between various disciplines and stakeholders (minimum of 3 years' experience).
  • Familiarity with relevant institutions.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure projects.
