Internship / Jobstudent – Recruitment Life Sciences (Wallonia)

About this vacancy

As an Intern / Jobstudent, you will support our Life Sciences team in a project focused on expanding our presence in Wallonia. You will contribute by helping us identify and connect with talented professionals in the Life Sciences sector.

You will:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for profiles within the Life Sciences industry (Biotech, Pharma).
• Screen CVs and identify promising candidates for roles within our clients’ organizations.
• Conduct first candidate contacts and pre-screening interviews together with the recruitment team.
• Actively search for talent through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Help maintain and update our candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the consultants and business managers to understand the profiles needed by our clients.

What we expect from you

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Life Sciences, Psychology, Communication or similar).
• You have an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the Life Sciences sector.
• You are proactive, communicative and eager to learn.
• You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You speak French and English fluently (Dutch is a plus).
